3. Viva la France - French favorites in honor of Bastille Day
Thursday, July 18th
The country of France has given us many things including the Statue of Liberty and delicious cheese! In honor of Bastille Day on July 14th, the national day of France, we will celebrate by tasting exclusively French cheeses. The French are deeply connected to their cheese that they cultivate and care for, and we will honor that in this class. Soft & hard cheese plus everything in between. As always, grab tickets before they're gone.
About our 2019 Cheese Series:
We invite you to join us on an adventure where we will take a culinary tour around our cheese case. You will both taste and learn all their is to know about different kinds of cheese - how to make the perfect cheeseboard, what's the difference in taste between cow's milk and goat's milk and which is the best cheese for your dietary needs. Join our cheese monger, staff and various beverage partners such as Chaddsford Winery. Our delicious cheese selections will be paired with meats, jams, honeys and of course, wine!
Each class over the next 6 months will have a different theme, meaning you'll get to tray a wide array of different cheeses and what pairs well with them. Purchase the course as a whole for the perfect Mother's or Father's Day gift, or pick and choose depending on your interest and availability! Make it fast though, seating is very limited in these classes.
