Where better to start than at the beginning! Welcome to Cheese 101 where we will introduce you to a wide variety of cheeses to be enjoyed by any pallet. This will give an wide view of great cheeses plus their pairings on the board. If you always wanted to give new cheeses a try but were too apprehensive, put those walls down, grab a friend (and a glass!) and we'll see you May 16th. Hurry before tickets sell out!
About our 2019 Cheese Series:
We invite you to join us on an adventure where we will take a culinary tour around our cheese case. You will both taste and learn all their is to know about different kinds of cheese - how to make the perfect cheeseboard, what's the difference in taste between cow's milk and goat's milk and which is the best cheese for your dietary needs. Join our cheese monger, staff and various beverage partners such as Chaddsford Winery. Our delicious cheese selections will be paired with meats, jams, honeys and of course, wine!
Each class over the next 6 months will have a different theme, meaning you'll get to tray a wide array of different cheeses and what pairs well with them. Purchase the course as a whole for the perfect Mother's or Father's Day gift, or pick and choose depending on your interest and availability! Make it fast though; seating is very limited in these classes.
